The emWave Bio-feeback stress and anxiety relief system shows the effects of stress on your body by measuring the subtle changes in your heart rhythms. So what happens in a Bio-feedback session and how long does it go for?

A typical Bio-feedback session goes for around 45mins – 60 mins. In the session we will place a non invasive velcro cover over your finger so your heart rate can be measured by the emWave system. You will see in real time your heart rate being measured and how its affected by your thoughts and emotions-which has influence on your nervous and immune systems.

We will then provide and train you to be able to use some of HeartMath’s scientifically proven techniques. Within a couple of sessions and a little practice on your part you will be able to use them in your day to day life to manage your stress with success.
